It's a fountain.I don't know what you are expectingNo cool lights or anything... Just water get pushed out from the top with a pump like all fountainsThere is a good candy store there though so please go there

Perfect spot for a drink and some food. Easy walk to the rest of the old town's main attractions. Would recommend at sunset
