Every year i am renting a car during my vacations. Therefore i have used several rental companies ans thus i have some experience.Carjet (operated through Abbycar) was by far the worst experience i have ever had...! It seemed cheap but there are several charges almost for everything, ending up to pay twice as much, from the initial price.However, that's not all of it... The car was handed over dirty and the car seat i have rented was dirty as well and in a really bad shape. In addition, the employee refused to fix the car seat (or even help me out) and i had to spend time figuring out how to installed it.Please avoid this company. It is by far the worst rental company i have used.
Excellent services and very professional team. Compared with my negative opinion and experience YOURs car rental local manager and her bad behavior and attitude, the people in ABBYCAR provided with what I needed in a pleasant way. There is no issue or any complaints to mention.
The car was fairly decent we had not too many issues with it except for the windshield wipers. They did pick us up from the airport and they did take us back to the airport when we return the car. The major issue that we had was that they held $1,000 and they actually put it through and then when they took it out the exchange rate made us lose $100 that we didn't have to. According to the person when we return the car he said that that shouldn't have been done but I'm out a hundred bucks and that's not fair. Obviously the person that did that did not know what she was doing and it was late at night and we didn't realize what was happening that she was going to put it through to Visa. So be mindful and make sure that they don't put that amount through because you're going to lose on the exchange rate after the fact. It would be nice if they returned us our 100 bucks but that's not going to happen maybe it will though. A Goodwill gesture for the many days that we had the vehicle.
Awful. We booked 2 cars through booking.comStaff on the counter were rude and clearly very stressed with their jobsOur second car booking - the staff did not seem motivated to find out booking (I think they were frustrated by us at this point) and essentially turned us away, we had to spend the evening looking for an alternativeCar we picked up was in very poor condition although it did drive okay.Would not recommendI only give 2 stars as we did have 1 out of 2 cars and it did survive the holiday, with us getting our deposit back
Booked through e dreams cars a small car 1st 2 weeks of August for a "pretty much as cheap as it gets" deal. Got a small upgrade Peugeot 208 for same price. Everything went very smoothly getting the car and bringing it back. Just trying to find our shuttle bus coming out of the airport wasn't straightforward (very busy season so lots going on there). Going back to the airport on the shuttle bus was a 5 minutes wait. Very efficient and friendly staff.
