We were upgraded to the ambassador suite in exchange for the 2 rooms we had booked which worked out wonderfully. It was such a treat to have a private pool and such a spacious suite. The food is buffet and amazing! The beach is across a road and then it is a good 30 minute walk along the beachfront to the nearest town. If you are staying in Rhodos, then stay at this hotel. We have stayed here before in double rooms with private pools. It is worth paying extra for the rooms with a private pool.
Its been a week and I am definitely missing the ocean view, amazing food and great staff. My wife and I usually prefer holidays exploring but we needed some rest and tlc and we definitely got what we needed here. All of the restaurants and food in the all inclusive was brilliant, the restaurants by the pools are great, Jani and Vladamir made my wifes birthday extremely special, they sang happy birthday in both english and greek for her and put fresh flowers on the dining table. The thalassa restaurant was amazing, Nikos and Migeurta looked after us very well here, the sea view and delicious fresh seafood made us come back every other day.The breakfast buffet has lots of high quality options which we loved but my tip would be a lighter breakfast on the variety of fruits as lunch and dinner portions were plenty and you will want to save room so you can try everything, we were unable to complete the menus so will definitely need to return!Cocktails at the beach was another thing we really enjoyed, lots of options you can order on an app and pretty much everything is included in the all inclusive.I could go on but its definitely worth the trip, we had a couples massage, we both fell asleep we were so relaxed, I cant remember the 2 ladies names but they did a great job and had iced tea waiting for us once we came back from fairy land. Thanks for the great stay guys!
During the wildfires in Rhodes we were evacuated to the Atrium Prestige. This hotel lives up to the name Prestige. The staff worked through out the night to help over 2000 evacuees like ourselves. Some arrived with suitcase and some with nothing. We were tired and thirsty. With so many people all available spaces were used but still the helped us.This is a lovely hotel and I wish we get the chance to visit again in better times.
This is a great hotel with professional friendly staff. We stayed for a week in early September, the weather was perfect and the hotel very nice. The grounds are beautiful, the food was excellent also and although it's a little out of the way in the southern half of the island this made it a very peaceful place to stay for a week. Our room had the most amazing sunrises every day and we could easily have spent another week here.
My boyfriend and I spent a wonderful week at Atrium a few weeks ago and cannot say enough great things about it.FoodWe were on a half board basis which was perfect for us - breakfast and dinner buffets are both so huge, I don’t think lunch was needed BUT we really appreciated the fact you could switch your dinner for lunch if you knew you would be out one day.We both thought the selection of food was really good. There was hardly any repetition, the themed nights were really good and we ate extremely well.We took advantage of the Lobster night at the a la Carte restaurant. A fantastic meal, very well priced and beautiful entertainment.General facilitiesAll brilliant. The pool got busy but you managed to find chairs everyday. If not you had the beach to spend the day at.The deckchair service was a treat, ordering any food and drink directly to your lounger. The gym was very good, clean, great amount of machines etc.I booked a neck and back massage at the spa - absolutely amazing. We used the car rental service on site - extremely easy with no issues.Entertainment was great - aside from questionable singers on Wednesday evenings! Every other night the singers were amazing so these stood out!The only slight negative was on the first night. our flight was delayed, so we got in late, and then our transfer took forever so it meant we arrived at the hotel quite hungry and had missed dinner. In other half board experiences we have always been able to order room service for free as part of the half board deal, but this wasn’t available this time, a bit of a shame having to pay for dinner.Special mentionsThe staffIt’s true what all the reviews say, the staff absolutely make this hotel. We were welcomed everyday by Olga, always taking the time to come and speak to us, check in with us, share a laugh. The restaurant management were superb. Making a real effort on getting us a great table when they knew it was our last night.Dmitris, our favourite waiter. Always smiling, giving us special attention, saving us a special table when we asked. Also gave us great recommendations for exploring Rhodes.Frank and all of the bar staff in the evening were fantastic, made great Moscow Mules and did an amazing job of keeping us happy.A special shout-out to our pool bar queen Voula. We enjoyed her company so much, so kind and generous. We loved her passion fruit daiquiris and want to make these at home ourselves from her recipe! We celebrated our anniversary whilst there and it was so lovely to come into the room to special surprises - a bottle of champagne, a cake and card one evening.Overall; I would recommend this hotel 100%.It is far from the airport, about an hour. But the resort was so perfect that this didn’t matter and you felt so at home once there. I would return mainly to see the staff again (which I never thought I’d think of a hotel) and to see how they continue to make this hotel amazing!
