What a terrible experience! It started at the time of meeting at the airport. I was waiting for a person holding a name plate as they confirmed. I waited more than 30 min. but there was nobody. When I phoned them, they said the shuttle was at parking space and I should have known this! How can I know?They blamed me for a damage at car. Unluckily, I could not take a photo of that section because the lady was in a hurry to give me the car at pick-up point. I am 1000% sure that the damage was there when I took the car. I only drove at main roads. Unfortunately, I had no chance expect paying the charge they calculated and it was 267,34 EUR. It was only a small damage and it was there. Moreover, I do not think that they used that money for repair. Not only the employee but also the owner is very rude. I advise, DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
I would definitely recommend Carwiz Rhodes for renting a car! They have a wide variety of vehicles to choose from, and their staff was friendly and helpful. The pick-up process was quick and easy, and the car was in great condition. We also received excellent customer support throughout our rental period. Overall, it was a 5-star experience!

Would not recommend this car rental. Our plane was delayed by more than 2 hours, so I called the rental beforehand to let them know our new arrival time. When we arrived there, our booking was not in their system anymore because apparently it gets deleted after 2h if you don’t pick up the car. Since we told them in advance we did not expect that to be a problem, also it was 4pm so they rental was still open for a few hours. They refused to let us book another car there and told us to go to another car rental. Terrible customer service.
I recommend you stay away from this company. I was supposed to pick up the car from the airport at 21:30, but due to a delay I arrived at 22:15. No one was waiting for me, when I called them by phone, no one answered. The car was paid in full for 7 days. In the morning I managed to reach them and they said that no one answered the phone because they were open until 22:00, they didn't want to give me the car saying that they thought I didn't show up and that the dd amount will be fully reimbursedd, It was a lie, I only received back the value of 4 days out of 7.
