Very nice adults only resort. Staff is very friendly and service is great. There is only one restaurant and a bar at the pool, but if you want you can use the facilities on the other side of the road of Costa Lindia Beach resort.
Me and my husband had such a wonderful stay at the Costa Lindia Blue Star. Our swim-up room was big, modern and clean. I liked the restaurant, the staff was very friendly and the food was good and varied. My absolute favourite was the Delphinia Bar, loved the beautiful Boho style. It was so cozy, we spent all night at the bar. In that case I have to emphasise that the staff at the bar was so incredible, so very friendly and attentive. Especially wonderful Aneza who was always charming and funny. Loved her, seriously. All in all I really have nothing to complain about and we definitely want to come back as soon as possible. Thank you so much !
We stayed 4 nights in the adults only Costa Lindia Blue Star Hotel in late August. All in all we had a nice stay when it only comes to the Blue Star part of the hotel. Unfortunately this adults only hotel is directly connected with the old-fashioned Costa Lindia Beach Hotel. Therefore, some of the amenities described online are handled via this hotel and it’s staff. I would rate the Blue Star a 5, the Costa Lindia Beach a 3, so all in all it’s a 4. Detailed reviews of single components below.Rooms:(+) clean and friendly(+) large shower section(+) quite comfortable beds(+) A/C is fantastic, individually adjustable(-) only get cleaned on request(-) when cleaned old cups will not be removed(-) 1 pool towel per person only, even on request they won’t hand out moreRestaurants/Food & Beverages:(+) Blue Star restaurant has an amazing atmosphere(+) very attentive and quick waiters(+) delicious food(+) large variety at the buffet(-) Juices are disgusting(-) glass/cup policy is ridiculous (you will always get something different - plastic cups soft or hard, wine glasses, beer is served in wine glasses, cocktails are served in disposable plastic cups etc.)(-) signage at the buffet (some things described, others don’t)Beach:(+) very clean(+) comfortable sun beds(-) no WiFi at the beach (that’s a big minus for me)(-) when arriving after 9am there probably won’t be any sun bed available (all in all 42 sun beds for all guests of Blue Star hotel)
We spent a week here and unfortunately it was the worst holiday in Greece we have ever had. Immediately after arrival we asked to change the room because it wasn't clean, some had bad stains, including in the sheets, and there were ants running around. Not to mention the access to this room, the tunnel under the street is damp, moldy and dirty. The next day we were finally allowed to change, the new room was okay, but nothing more than that. Problems arose here too, because the shower dripped loudly after use, we complained about this several times, but unfortunately not permanently switched off.The food was okay, unfortunately often not warm and not very varied, but you get full.We didn't use the beach after looking at it once, the shower there is a disaster and the stretch of beach is just not nice.We also can't recommend one of the pools, it was very loud due to its location right on the street, but the second one was quiet and nice, even if I wouldn't use the loungers without a towel. However, we can only praise the staff, everyone is very nice and helpful, the service is great. There are a few supermarkets nearby and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get to Lindos, which is recommended. Finally, I would say that the star category should be urgently reconsidered. We paid for 4.5 stars and got maybe 3 and definitely can't recommend the hotel.
The facility is very nice, the food is large and very tasty. The beach clean and beautiful. Staff friendly and helpful. The room was nice but unfortunately the wardrobe was occupied with a safe, fridge and coffee machine so there was no room for our clothes.
