10min walk from the nearest beach. Easy distance to shops, bars, beach and town.Good all inclusive hotel. Food varied every day, always something even for a fussy eater! Good range of pools. Water Park is meant to be for 6+ year olds for the bigger slides but nice small pool here for the younger ones....and you can blag a slightly younger child on the slides without a band!!!! Good range of entertainment on through the day and evening for children and adults. Kids club for over 4s but younger can join in with a parent there. Kids disco 6 nights a week with adult (but family friendly) entertainment afterwards. Great Michael Jackson tribute show 🤩The hotel is a big site but no where not accessible. Had a room with double bed and bunk bed. Good sized room. Would suggest more drawers/shelves as an improvement but had 2 double wardrobes so plenty of space.

The hotel is set up on a hill but is close enough to Faliraki Town to walk or pay a small amount for a taxi or bus.The reception staff are always happy to help and are extremely friendly. They will help with any questions you may have regarding the hotel, sights, and excursions. An elderly guest who was staying requested a room closer to ground level due to mobility issues and was sorted with a better room by the morning. The rooms are basic but all that you need. They are cleaned daily and the staff are very efficient in doing so. As it is just out slightly, there isn't much noise at night, which is ideal if you like your sleep or have children. The food is very much the same every day:Breakfast is a selection or cooked breakfast items, cerals, yoghurts, fruit and pancakes, or fried bread. We didn't venture for lunch as there is a snack bar, which is open 11am to 5pm. The snack bar has chips, onions rings, chicken nuggets, fish fingers, etc, as well as a salad bar. There is also ice cream available at the snack bar, yet again, the staff here are great with the kids.Dinner varies slightly at nights, but you can always find something you like. There are always Pizza, chips, etc. for the kids if they are picky eaters but not much more if they don't like pizza. All pizzas are cooked from fresh in the pizza ovens and hand-made in front of you. This is also the same for the meats cooked at the hotplate area. There are plenty of drinks on offer for both adults and kids. We found the best bar was the rooftop bar as drinks are served in glasses, and the measurements are proper measurements. There are 5 pools in total; a toodlers pool, a kids pirate pool, a small chill out pool, a large central pool where the pool activities take place, and the water park pool. The water park consists of 7 slides, and to be fair is where our kids have spent most of their time, so if you have active children, this is ideal. The central pool is great as it has everything from the pool bar for the adults, the daily activities and animation team, kids club and a gradual pool which is great for families of all ages to go in and out of.The animation team like most have a lot of energy and keep everyone entertained. They aren't pushy which is great to see but still encourage everyone to try something.Like many places in the Mediterranean there are a lot of mosquitoes but this can't be helped, just take repellent or bite treatment.Overall the Cyprotel Faliraki is an ideal family holiday location, lovely staff and ideal setting. Only thing I would suggest is varying the Dinners at night, having themed food nights and possibly upgrading the rooms slightly.

If you have kids, it’s a great hotel.Especially the animation team. They worked really hard.If you don’t have kids, don’t go.At times it was completely packed at meal times. Always some food available. Drinks local and super basic. Gotta be creative if you wanna get tipsy as I wouldn’t recommend any of their cocktails. Beer and wine drinkable but nothing memorable.Closest beach is 17 minute walk or 5 min drive. Very clear, warm water. Possibility to 🤿. Taxi to get there about 10 euro. One star down for taste of food, another down for location and slightly outdated facilities. After all this I would probably come again.

Rooms were basic but clean and suited our needs as we only use them for sleeping in and getting ready. The hotel entertainment team worked hard and made the holiday for us. They provided plenty of activities during the day and actively tried to get everyone involved. The restaurants provided plenty of choice and how people complain about the options is beyond me. Pork, fish, chicken and beef were available everyday and cooked in different ways. Lots of fresh veg and salad were also available. The water park was fun and they have about 9 water slides to choose from with a lifeguard on duty too.The beaches are about a 20 minutes walk away and a fairly flat walk so not too difficult to reach. The drinks were ok with the usual local lager followed with a selection of local spirits/cocktails to choose from. They aren't the same strength as UK spirits as they all appeared to be 30% abv and not 40%.Overall we had a good time and would happily return.
