EXER Rent A Car

It was a bit confusing at the airport as to where we should officially be picked up as there were no signs or anything but after approx 10 minutes the van came to pick us up.At the rental location, a 4 minute drive from the airport, everything went smooth and quick, within 10 minutes we were off in exactly the car we rented (pictured).Car was good and clean, everything worked as it should and we had an fun time on the island driving to various beaches, towns and parks.Also on return everything smooth and quick, and we got a private transfer back to the airport.Never heard of the company before booking but everything was OK, nice and quick and for a good rate (September)

Booked a car via Booking.com and got a very good deal for Hyundai i20 or similar. Our Škoda had some little scratces and we had to add some motor oil, but all the renting process was fast and pleasant.They use short transfer to their renting site. It was not clear how to meet or get to their transfer. Found out that there was a guy outside, while all the others were waiting inside, with sign EXER.They returned deposit less then a week after returning the car.

All as i was expecting. Maybe i could have a Better car than a Suzuki celerio.. but it did its job properly..efficient people.. the deposit has already been released..i would choose them again..

Good experience in Rhodes when picking up the car BUT:Very old car with + 40.000 km. We felt not very safe in the car.Waiting since 25 days for the refund of my deposit.

EXER provided an excellent service, they were prompt in pick-up from the airport and very efficient when complying the paperwork at the office. There were no delays when collecting or dropping off the vehicle after use. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We hired 2 cars and the vehicles were to a very good standard. We will definitely use them again when we return next year, a big thumbs up.
