the place itself is lovely to relax and chill out however when it comes to dinner buffet the food is almost the same every night and seems to get worse and worse if u don’t eat Greek food or a picky eater like me there’s not other options apart from pasta and chips and obviously if u stay for a long time u will start to get fed up with it. in my personal opinion if u are a picky eater I wouldn’t recommend the dinner buffet. the breakfast and lunch food are amazing I’m shocked how dinner could get so bad.

Very dissapointing. Payed for room with a sea view, got room with a view at shrubs (see picture), for two adults and one 6 year old child we got just two scruffy old towels (see pictures). Electric sockets and wiring has been done by todlers and approved by hotel managers - sockets twisted and not stable, cable management non existing (see picture). Our tv remote had only one battery in (see picture), paint falling of from bathroom ceiling (picture), bath itself - yellowish (see picture). And that was just the first day. Food is a tragedy - poor selection, poor quality, horrible taste. Not enough sunbeds - 9am all sunbeds are taken already and some of them of course are broken. Evening entertainment very lacking. Mini golf is litteraly only 3 or 4 holes but balls or clubs are nowhere to be seen. So called "hotel on a beach" is a joke, because beach is just rocks by the sea and if you go further on sand you need to pay for sunbeds. Room service is a tragedy, asked for bed linen to be changed, no one changed anything, when houskeepers clean the room they dont even sweep or vacum the floors, forgets to take rubbish bags out. They say they have playground for kids - I have bigger playground in my garden than this hotel has. And you have to pay for the internet for each device, not for internet per room but for each device. And you have to pay for drinks during dinner, even for water, which suppose to be included in half board. Couldn't believe i needed to pay for water during my included in a package dinner.

Hotel facilities are very good. It has a VERY rocky beach front making the beach unsuitable for children. The rooms are very tired and could really do with some attention. The hotel facilities, food and service are very good and the staff typically always pleasant.

KP Hotel provided us with a really excellent holiday October18-25. The Reception Team went out of their way to be most helpful finding us drivers and contacts to see the best of the Island as well as places to eat, off the main tourist track. The dining room staff, Anna, Margarita and Niki were particularly welcoming and helpful. This was much appreciated as one of us has limited mobility. Just one little gripe for Kitchen Management: the "hot food" was often little more than tepid! Otherwise a really good experience. Thank you KPH.

We had a great stay at this hotel! We stayed in a swim up room which despite our air conditioning leaking, was perfect.Bed was comfortable.I gave three stars for service as it took 3 calls and a visit to reception to get the air conditioning fixed. Despite the room being cleaned daily and I understand it's impossible to get all of them - there was quite a few hairs still in the bathroom. The main pool was a perfect temperature for the heat. No fighting for sunbeds either as you could still easily get one after breakfast at 10am. The entertainment and Aqua Yoga was great fun and we really enjoyed wiggling the noodles! The people who 'take' your photo were quite rude if you didn't buy any and even refused to sell us just the one we liked! There isn't much going on where the hotel is but it has everything you need. The bus stop outside the hotel is in a perfect position except if you want to go to Old Town I would recommend getting a taxi (there's a stop opposite) as that stop is towards the end of the line so a couple of buses drove straight past as they were full. It was €12.50 to get there. The food in the restaurant was good, although if you want to try the 'Specials' for example sushi - I would recommend getting there early because it seems that once it's gone, it's gone!
