They take care of every detail during our stay.Hotel provided everything for us, from good guidance about places to go, good food and an excellent customer services that excel my expectations.Hotel is very clean and provides a range of local and international food.I was travelling with my son and we have everything we need to make us feel home.Thanks to everyone especially to Char from Guest Relations as well to our housekeeper and restaurant staff all of you have been brilliant! 🤩 🤩
Various activities to suit everyone and if you love water, that's the place to be. Apart from the beach, there several pools, some right by your balcony. The staff are very friendly and helpful, some are exceptionally so, unfortunately I don't remember their names. You are made to instantly feel at home at the beach bar and well looked after inside the restaurant. Sufficient variety of foods to chose from and snacks through the day. Rooms are spacious with fantastic views, however, the cleaning not so great. I will certainly return to Labranda over and over again.
Everything was amazing during our 2 weeks' holiday at Labranda Kiotari Miraluna Resort. It all started with the welcome snack we found in our rooms when we arrived in the middle of the night. The people are so welcoming and warm! The customer service is amazing! The food is great, lovely rooms, fabulous pools, bars and parallel activities. The beach is lovely and the sea is clean and mild for all ages to enjoy. We will definitely visit you again next year! Thank you once again!
Absolutely loved my stay here! Food was amazing, with so many options, even for a vegetarian you can find some delicious food! The facilities were sparkling clean, and crystal clear pools. Perfect location only a short walk to the beach.Most of the staff were lovely and efficient, especially Chara, who was super friendly and lovely and made our big family stay (of 19 people) an amazing experience, especially as it was my grandads 80thCouldn’t recommend it here enough. The activities; water polo, volleyball and the karaoke were all great fun!(Only a few minor problems were: our air-con only went to 18degrees as it’s lowest which was not cool enough, also our double bed was 2 singles pushed together, so it would have been nice to have an actual double bed. However these were only minor points that did not effect the enjoyment of our stay).
We had a terrible stay and left prematurely. The room was not clean. Like: the longer you looked, the worse it got. There were ants in the bedroom and the floor was dirty with dust and debris. The room was either just renovated (if so, then very poor) or still under renovation. There was a construction / cement like dust that hit your lungs like covid19 all over.Also the family room was not as advertised on the website. The ‘extra room’ was a folding wall with huge ventilation gaps providing absolutely no light / sound proofing from the rest of the room. The ‘extra beds’ was a 1,5 person sleeping couch with the comfort of a slab of concrete. Good luck when you have two teenagers!Customerservice was poor. Everything I got arranged, I had to come up with myself and push for.Then there was the food and drink. It was mediocore at best. Coke, sprite, beer, it is all the diluted / lemonade kind. The cocktails are more mixed drinks, and not all are free. For about half of them you have to pay extra. Just like you have to pay extra for orange juice at breakfast. So they call it all inclusive, but it’s not. It’s not even ‘most inclusive’.TL;DR don’t book here. And if you do, don’t say I didn’t warn you.
