Very good. Car came with full insurance, so there was nothing to worry about. The rental office was in our hotel so didn't have to travel to pick up. Added an extra day rental without any dramas.Overall very good service, and they weren't overpriced either.

Rented a car for a few days while on holiday, was happy with the service from master car. They dropped the car off with no hassle and then arranged pick up at 8pm on the last day of rental so we really got our money's worth! The owner spent 20 mins asking what we wanted to see while on holiday and gave us some great suggestions. Will definitely use master car again if we're back. Thanks!

Located in the hotel we were staying in which was convenient. Staff didn’t hassle you and were polite and courteous. Very fairly priced and a good selection of vehicles. Staff were very helpful. No deposit needed and no upselling of insurance as all was included and no additional charges for child seats and additional drivers. Would use this company again and would highly recommend.

Very driver-friendly, without unnecessary procedures, prices are good, you do not need any credit card to rent a car, you can pay as you want - in cash or by card, the consultant is very pleasant and gives you many advices which places are worth visiting and what is the best way to go there. If you want to rent a car, this is a very good place to do it.
