The hotel animation team especially willie and claudia were very good at keeping the crowd entertained. The shows were very entertaining and inclusive. The dance at the end of each show was just what everyone needs. The hotel could provide a few more activities for guests. The food options could be better for vegetarians. I would recommend the Italian restaurant. Best food out of the whole resort.George the concierge was very friendly and helpful too.
The hotel is great in many ways but let down by some of the basics. Food and drink are fantastic with a great variety of restaurants and cuisines, and branded drinks. There's also enough bars but not really enough people at the bars to avoid having queues. The pools are lovely and we had 1 week where it was easy to get a great spot by the pool and another week where we struggled to get anywhere! The hotel itself is quite large and our room was about a 8-10 min walk from the main building with reception/restaurant, etc; we found it quite frustrating to walk back and forth with our toddler in the blazing heat and it was a pain if you forgot anything in the room! You could get a golf cart but they weren't always available/dependable (not enough). The staff were really friendly and helpful and a few were exceptional and really got to know us and played with our toddler to give us an opportunity to eat/drink. The rooms were nice but dated and needed better upkeep - the shower didn't close properly, the fridge didn't work well towards the end of our stay, and the water temperature was not consistent. We also had various bits missing from day to day - we never had hand soap, not enough towels, and our tea/coffee was never replenished. The rooms were always left very tidy however and thankfully had great aircon. We enjoyed our stay but I'm not sure I'd recommend it given the price - they clearly had an exceptional photographer for the website because it didn't quite live up to expectations.
Amazing hotel, all staff are extremely friendly! The only thing we would say would be depending on the bell boy you get in arrival is the difference in knowing what and where all the facilities are. We were unaware untill day 3 about the mini disco for the children. However other guest told us how their bell boy gave them a full tour of the hotel!Would definitely stay again though!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the elegant lobby doors, I knew I was in for a special experience.Emmanouela went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cater to my every need. Her warm and attentive service truly made me feel like a valued guest. The room itself was a haven of comfort and luxury. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings was impressive, and I was treated to stunning views of the sea view from my window. The bed was so comfortable that I had some of the best nights' sleep I've had in a long time.In summary, my stay was a memorable and luxurious experience. It's the kind of place that sets the standard for hospitality, and I can't wait to return. If you're looking for a top-notch hotel with impeccable service and amenities, I wholeheartedly recommend .
Very disappointed after our stay here, especially after reading so many good reviews before our stay. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy, we were informed the fridge would be restocked during our stay however this seemed to have been forgotten. Parts of the hotel need to be revamped as the further you go in you can clearly see signs of wear and tear. It felt untidy and not very well looked after. The food is poor and there is not much to choose from considering the size of the hotel. We were told on arrival that we could book one of the restaurants on site as long as we booked at least 24hours before however all the restaurants were fully booked during our full stay. We were also told at check in that beds could not be reserved by the pools however each day it is impossible to find a bed by the pool unless you wake up early to do so. Nobody was enforcing this policy. It felt like members of staff were just telling us pointless information. It was easier to find beds by the beach. We did also manage to visit a couple of the pool-side restaurants despite them being very busy and a long wait. The food was a lot better here than in the buffet. There are only two bar areas which are situated in the lobby area of the hotel which lacked a lot of atmosphere for us, you can also except to find a lot of dirty glasses and napkins in this area left from the night before, Again this felt untidy and not a very nice space to be in. Expect long waiting times for drinks, there was only 1 member of staff working on an evening meaning the wait time was usually around 1 hour. In the end we gave up. One member of our does not drink alcohol and we were told numerous times there are no alcohol free drinks available except soft drinks, extremely poor for what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. One day we visited the poolside crepe bar for an ice cream however there were none left, we made a staff member aware and they explained someone will bring some just to wait 5 mins. when it came it was melted and all running so we were told to wait for it to freeze, again extremely poor and extremely dangerous as this can cause food poisoning! Lastly the customer service was shocking. We were grunted at, shrugged at and even ignored by members of staff at numerous times during our stay. Although the hotel was all inclusive we ended up eating and drinking out almost every evening. The hotel felt massively over sold which lets it down tremendously, Definitely not 5 star, definitely will not return.
