Lovely hotel, but definitely not a 5 star. Generally the staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The food was a let down to be honest. All the desserts are just full of whipped cream, with no flavour. The gyros from the pool bar were really nice though. The main two bars inside the hotel are great; I wouldn't bother getting drinks from the pool bar, they were awful. Our room was lovely but the cleaning equipment was left just outside for the entire week, so I assume this is their normal practise. We spent most of our time at the upper pool area which was very modern and well designed, although like every hotel, sun beds get taken up around 10am ish. They did play very repetitive music at the pool which was a bit annoying. The main areas of the hotel are beautifully designed, and there are lots of areas to sit and have a drink.Overall, I wouldn't go back, and not convinced I would recommend the hotel to someone I know. Despite this, we had a nice time.
Beautiful clean layout of the hotel and room, private pool, jacuzzi options. We went for a private pool - good size to swim in. 3 minute walk to the beach. All day options for food and drinks, one issue we had problems trying to book the restaurants as not all of them have the walk in options.Definitely a place I would come back to and stay again.
I had a great time here the place is so beautiful fresh and new.best hotel I have stayed in by far. I will be back next year 💯. The rooms are exceptional clean and modern bed so comfortable . The staff are the best part of the place so friendly and warm take their time to get to know each person like you are a friend or family. I loved the aqua gym at the pool with William. Cocktails were out of this world as well as the food, so much choice and so fresh. This is a luxury hotel with a warm and friendly atmosphere. I loved it. So sad to go home.
We booked a room with a private pool and it was beautiful. The hotel appears really new and modern. There’s three pools to choose from also a children’s pool area at the top of the ‘village.’The staff on the whole were lovely and polite. There was a lot of nice touches in the room, like a replenished fridge full of cold drinks, daily cleaning and a small gift for our last evening. One criticism would be although the rooms were clean, they weren’t spotless. We had to ask for someone to take another look for us as the mirrors hadn’t been cleaned and the two water glasses in the room were filthy. We mentioned it to reception and an effort was made but it wasn’t necessary rectified. There’s many places different types of restaurant at the hotel but we felt the food was lacking :-(Everyone we spoke to agreed.Good spots would be the Greek lunchtime spot and the creperie.Overall we had a lovely time and we would return. We did think it was good value for money.
Great all inclusive, probably the best we have been to! Food was on point every night including at the buffet and individual restaurants (the Italian is amazing) not forgetting to mention how the staff were very attentive and professional no matter where you went. The amount of options for dining and bars you get across the hotel is amazing, pizza on the beach, multiple a la carte restaurants, day restaurants for lunch and many really great bars. The room was perfectly comfortable and clean with the mini bar being topped up frequently and cleaners in every day.Overall the entire hotel is immaculate and stunning with great views all round, the staff are amazing and clearly enjoy their job. Deserves more than 5 stars!
