Municipal Art Gallery of Rhodes

Art gallery is CLOSED!! It is temporarily located at Nestoridion museum, near Casino! Unfortunately no sign exists to inform visitors and avoid misleading!

Beautiful looking fortifications by the city gate but there is a narrow pavement so it is hard to stop and enjoy.

Greek art gallery. Especially painting exhibitions. Located in the Rhodes' medieval Old City centre. In general, an art gallery that will guide you through Greek painting created in the 20th century. Worth to see. However, it is a place only for art buffs. I did a glimpse in October 2016.

Almost all famous Greek painters of the 20th century are represented, am excellent excibition. However, the building urgently needs renovation. I was told that they plan to renovate the building soon and extend the excibition. Hopefully!

Beautiful site of ancient fortification. It grows alongside city streets with beautiful park and view on the sea where now the port is.
