SUN BEACH RESORT

Would just like to say I haven't been yet booked last minute and had a few queries the hotel has been great with speedy response. I will do another review when I'm back but I'm really glad we choose this hotel.

Clean, comfortable and convenient Just got back from a stay here. The amenities are fantastic! Having an adult only pool as well as the 2 others was an asset. Easy car rental and close to bus routes. I would give the food 4 stars only as the food wasn’t great and we were on half board so we had a lot of it. All the staff was friendly and helpful, but Voula and Heidi were especially good when we had an issue.

We stay for 7 nights, half board.All the staffs at the restaurants and house keeping are sympathy, friendly and lots of smile.Some staffs in reception are not helpful and not friendly. They show their gestures like we are not customers that they have to serve.I feel they underestimate by look. Is it because I have Asian look?Today (20.10.2023) when I asked pool towel, one of reception (initial K) asked my room number. When I told her my room number, she directly accused me with question: “you took our iron?”Of course not. There is NO IRON in our room.After her colleague told her that I stayed in other building (they have beachfront and garden tower), she didn’t even say sorry because accused something that I didn’t do.After that, she told me that I have to pay €4/towel if I wanted to use it. Weird!!I went back to reception in other building and asked for towel, she gave me directly without asked my room number or money.Honestly I don’t know who in charge (manager) of this hotel. I can’t talk with right person who might solve the problem.We stayed in many hotels, many countries, we never have bad experience like this.From the beginning they put us in the room without balcony or window. It’s really in the corner with wall view 😄😄Actually I booked garden view and it’s written with balcony.We lost one day only back forward Check the rooms coz we didn’t satisfied with the room they gave us. Humid, no view and the beds were moving all the time (beds with wheels, there was no stoppers) 😀😀Some staffs are great. I remember their names.Location: yes the airplane will fly above you (see some video/photos below)Close to supermarket, restaurants and rental car/motorIf you want to visit many things in Rhodes and other islands, better to take only breakfast or just without meal. It’s easy to find good restaurants nearby.During our stay for 7 nights, not so many diversity meals for breakfast or dinner. Almost same every day.

Fantastic hotel next to beach. All employees are very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

This hotel was perfect! It was beautiful, clean, had great amenities and the staff were amazing. The service in the hotel makes it 10x better. The staff are all friendly and so helpful. I really enjoyed my stay! Highly recommended!
