SUN BEACH RESORT

Not a 4* rating our family room was a little outdated. Pool area had loose tiles, children’s pool area needed a lick of paint. Disappointed that you had to pay for a sun bed (€5) at the hotels beach. Great location plenty of restaurants, shops, bars. Staff helpful and friendly

We took half board the hotel is very old…,Never been told that some pools are for adults only , too bad since the best pools are not suitable for us.Also never been told that the hotel is separated into 2 different areas ( one of them across the street)The worst part for me is that at dinner you also need to pay for tap water..why none of these policies are mentioned in the website?!Apart from that, everything else was great. The staff most of it very kind.

Friendly service.Very pleasant adult infinity bar area.Breakfast buffet good.No supervision of sunbed use means some people reserve all day and use very little. They don't have enough sunbeds so this makes it a big issue.Taxi to Rhodes town about 19 euros

Wow, a great hotel for the whole family, children and adults. The breakfast was quite okay. Water aerobics every morning was the best way to start the day by the beautiful pool. There were plenty of activities. The kids had the opportunity to go into a playroom to draw and decorate stones. In the evenings, it was great to have entertainment on the stage with acrobatics and dancing, where the audience got involved in the show. Overall, it was a great hotel for the whole family. We opted for breakfast only, not all-inclusive.

One of the best hotels I've been to.Absolutely the best service, reception, all the restaurants, the cleaning ladys, will definitely come back again next year.The food was great, the rooms were always clean, the best was the view from the room towards the sea.
