Very good experience. Short distance to the airport. Finding the shuttle bus took a while, but less than 10min. Friendly staff and short waiting time. Even got an upgrade. Uncomplicated return process. Refund was on credit card account within 3 days. Can strongly recommend Yours Car Rental on Rhodes.
I had a smooth and experience with Yous car rental service. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Customer service was responsive, making the whole process efficient from pick-up to drop-off.
I was hesitant at first, because Yours isn’t one of the “big names” globally for car rentals- however I had a great experience with them. There was an airport transfer, the price was very affordable, and there was no messing around with the check out/in of the car. Also, there was no attempts to upsell me annoying add-ons that you get with other car rental companies. I would recommend!
Very pleased with the service. Already on a late flight from the UK, we were then delayed but an email (sent whilst actually sitting on the tarmac waiting 😬) to advise, and then a phone call once landed and it was sorted though we did have to pay for an out of hours collection and we were still collected from the airport. Office is a few minutes drive from the airport and took far to walk. Easy once at the office and a pleasant transaction. On returning the car, there was only one person working so it was a bit slow but still very pleasant. They did think that we'd caused a mark but as soon as we said we'd got a video from when we collected, there was no argument at all so no concerns. (If you don't already do it , ALWAYS video the car when you collect it!). Seemed overall to be a decent outfit though I hadn't heard of them prior to this booking. Would recommend.
It was the worst experience I had ever. I will give 5 stars for the driver kai the deck assistance. The local "manager" ( the woman with the big nails and black straight hair ) was very rude.If you respect your money, try to find another car rental.Not recognized and accepted the international license from an EU country, but wanted the local license, and it doesn't make sense ( i will be polite). The outcome is that a lost 360 euro even if i booked a child seat and you don't have to provide me, since your agent doesn't refund me.Easy money for you for no service provided :).
