Κινστέρνα Ελεούσας

A wonderful sight to see, in the middle of Rhodes, where there is little water is a truly magnificent circle fountain pond with small black fish that the local people call Nemo.The other inhabitants are a school of large goldfish that can live to 100 years of age.The structure was built by the Italians so the small black Gizani fish are a protected species of minnow.

Lovely location, hardly any tourists when we were there. Some nice big fish in the fountain.Toilet on site.The abandoned building closeby is also fun to see, you can enter it. Feels kind of like you are in the walking dead.

A wonderful place to stop and dip your feet in the cool water as you watch the beautiful fish in the fountain.

While riding the motorcycle, this gem appeared, I must say that it was already afternoon, so I was here completely alone, a great place to relax

It may be just a fountain, but it is truly a masterpiece! The whole setting is just beautiful!
