It's not easy to get there but it's worth it. the beach is quiet, almost empty, the view is beautiful and the water is clear, perfect for snorkeling
Wonderful sea and very few people, despite it being a beach visited on a Saturday during the week of August. Crystal clear water and incredible peace. To access it the road is not very easy as it is not asphalted, but done with a 4x4 car or a quad it is easily easy.I think it is the most beautiful place in Rhodes, an obligatory stop!!!
In our opinion the best beach on the island of Rhodes. Perfect for those seeking peace and tranquility, it is frequented by very few people even considering the route to get there is not entirely easy (we recommend sneakers). Crystal clear waters and perfect for those who want to snorkel.
Beautiful beach on the island of Rhodes, in my opinion the best! Not invaded by sunbeds and beach umbrellas and totally free and wild. I loved it!At the time of our visit (September 2024) we were the only ones all morning until half past twelve when we left and the gentlemen who created the shacks that can be seen right at the entrance began to arrive. The road is long, winding and totally unpaved, and you need a good car and a good driver to travel it all; absolutely no to excessively weak low or utilitarian cars (they wouldn't pass some very difficult pieces).Once parked at the top of the cliff, take a fairly visible path on the right that goes down, and it is the same that leads to the nearby Red Sand Beach (always beautiful but too crowded with boats and swimmers). The path is not excessively long but quite steep and if followed in some hot time slots it could be difficult, but still something that is always doable. Athletic/hiking shoes are recommended; absolutely no flip flops! The water is crazy with a blue azure color, perfect spot for snorkeling! I loved everything!
A hidden gem. Difficult to reach it both on foot and by car. But the magic of this beach is also this. Clear water, the seabed has countless fish and it is a pleasure to swim in it. I went at 6pm and I was alone with another couple. How relaxing! Then 3 goats joined us and approached. Too bad about the waste present (if I return in the next few days I will bring an empty black bag that I will leave there so that people can throw away their waste).
